The Project Paramedic

It took a lot of soul searching, help and support from others in my developing network and a global pandemic to get this off the ground, but here it is, the new brand of "Me". 

After many years of fixing projects and getting them successfully completed... also in some cases fixing the people in the project, I'm able to call out that a lot of the skill to being successful sits outside of the traditional Project methodologies. It comes down to how much you care.
