![]() Every project has it's different levels of stress, one is the stress of anticipation... have we got the right resources, have we got the right team, have we got the right partner... these are typical concerns. The anticipation can lead to worry, however 'worry' can be viewed as a positive process in itself. For example, if the Project Manager is worried that the solution needs the right partners on the project, then that worry can be constructively channeled into building a thorough and robust vendor or partner selection process, ensuring that all of the key criteria for a successful partner are detailed and appropriate measures set for evaluation. 'Worry' in fact should be a key skill required in a Project Manager, if they are not 'worried' (stronger than concerned) then are they really 'caring' about the outcomes?
